Yes, we have worked along side many insurance claims for leaking pipes and burst geysers. Once we have gone to site and compiled a report and quote of damages, the client sends this off to their brokerage who will give them approval for us to repair.

During our working hours we charge a rate of R 600.00 per hour.
The first hour includes our call out, so whether we are there for 15min or an hour the initial rate remains the same, there after we charge accordingly to the time spent on the job
